ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES (NORTH AMERICA)
To keep our prices low and offer unique, high-quality pet gear, we source our products globally. Our standard tracked shipping times to the United States and Canada are:
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and shipping times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to custom delays. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
SmartNestDaily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
